Available via small group or private lessons to all levels of inversion strength, students receive personalized instruction by professional hand balancer, Leah Samelson.

Students are coached how to center their balance while upside-down, using top circus training exercises. Core techniques and proper shoulder positioning are mixed in with strength training workouts.

If you have a wall, you can practice any of these tips & techniques at home, which is recommended for handstand practice.
