Come get strong, mobile and flexy! Active flexibility strengthens musculature, increasing your range of motion and improving geometric line symmetry.

Active flexibility will help you build cohesion between your flat ground splits, vertical splits, and in-air splits, providing tips for the proper way to stretch.

Classes are taught Tuesdays at 7:30pm by Leah Samelson, professionally trained hand balancer and dancer.
