Introduction to aerial acrobatics class initiates the human body to become a flying dragon ! Students who enroll in this class will learn alignment, conditioning & basic aerial vocabulary (climbs, descents, locks, and belly wraps.)

No knowledge of aerial required for this class. First year students are highly encouraged to pair this class with the Wednesday night conditioning and/or open gym.

Advanced aerial class for professionals and aerialists with over 4 years of regular aerial experience. Must be able to invert from the air, follow sequences, and execute drops. Introduction to dynamics & open drops are covered, as all as "Burnz Original" vocabulary and complex drops. For the fearlessly educated aerialist !
